Troubleshooting Steps

Check paper roll

  1. Check if the paper roll is damaged (wet / teared / fold)
  2. Check the paper roll you use is compatible with PM500.

Insert the paper roll again

  1. Pull the hole at both sides of the printer cover, and open it.


  2. Put the paper roll into the printer in the correct orientation. The printing side should face the screen and the end of the roll should be a little unrolled.


  3. Close the printer cover firmly.
3Printer paper jam
  1. Open printer cover and remove the jammed paper.
  2. Install a paper again.
  3. To rearrange the feed mechanism, launch EmKit PrintDemo and tap Line Feed.
4Repair or analysis required
