Troubleshooting Steps

1Not supported Bluetooth specification

Check the Bluetooth device conditions

PM500 only supports the Bluetooth devices with following conditions.

  • SPP profile
  • Bluetooth 4.1 and higher
  • Not “Just-work” pairing method

Just works devices include devices that do not have screen such as Bluetooth speaker and Bluetooth headset, etc.
