You have a problem with your device or you want to reset your device, you may use factory reset.

Factory reset will erase all personalized settings and data from your device's internal storage. And factory reset cannot undo.

How to Factory Reset

If you can turn on the device and use the Settings app,

Navigate to Settings > System > Reset options.

Tap Erase all data (factory reset).

After being aware that the factory reset will erase all data from the internal storage, tap Erase all data.

Select Clear Enterprise storage to reset the enterprise storage, too.


Tap Erase all data again to start the factory reset process.




If you cannot turn on the device,

Press and hold the following button combination simultaneously when turning on the device.

  • Power button + P2 (SOFT_RIGHT)

After short vibration, release the power button only.

Select the Recovery Mode using the P2 (move) and P1 (select) buttons.

When the device enters the recovery mode, select Wipe data/factory reset using the following buttons.

  • Move up / down - P2 / P1 button
  • Select the menu - Power button

(In case of PM452, you can use Up / Down button for moving the menus.)

Select Factory data reset.

After wiping the data, select Reboot system now.
