Cause | Solution | |

1 | Hardware keypad is detected | TURN OFF Built-in Keypad Mode When RDP detects a hardware keypad equipped or connect to the device, the software keyboard will not appear. If your device don't have any hardware keypad but the software keyboard still not appear, check the following item.
