Troubleshooting Steps


CauseSolution
1Reader entered the Auto-reboot mode

Escape the Auto-reboot mode

Power on the RFID reader.

Press and hold the trigger mode change button (M) and connect mode change button (C) simultaneously for 5 seconds.

When a simple melody rings, release the buttons.

RF851RF300 / RF750 / RF900

Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds. The beep will ring three times in the same tone.

The reader will automatically reboot once and then return to normal state.
