Troubleshooting Steps

Change to the proper input mode

Check if the input mode is appropriate to enter the desired key. Find out which input mode is correct and how to know what input mode it is now, by keypad type.

And change the input mode according to what item you want to enter and the key marking color referring to the following each device's table.

For instance, if you want to enter 'a', you need to change the input mode to Alphabet input mode ( or ). Press the yellow key on the left-bottom of the keypad.

Or, if you want to press F5, the input mode needs to be functions input mode (). Press the Blue key.
