When you encounter some system bug, you should reproduce bug to find what step causes bug.
You don't need to reproduce condition or step perfectly, but describe your action or event as detail as possible.
If you success to reproduce bug, it's time to get BugReport file that contains bug log.
Follow Steps below to Get BugReport File
Step 1. Open EmKitEmKit is pre-installed solution on all Point Mobile's android device.You can find EmKit in home screen usually. |

Step 2. Tap Take Bug Report Menu |

Step 3. Check Dialog and Complete NotificationTap Save Button in dialog to save BugReport file.Saving BugReport file takes about 2 minutes and you can see a notification when save process is complete. |

Send File To Us
Step 1. Find FileUsing file explorer, find BugReport file. It will be saved to BugReport folder of storage as zip file format. |

Step 2. Upload FileUpload file at Point Mobile's dropbox account ( HERE ). |

Don't forget you should also upload device information file.
