Power Launcher is not working correctly
PM90 does not have the Power Launcher

ANSWER
PM90 does not support Power Launcher.
In order to use Kiosk mode, you should set up EmKiosk using Scan2Stage.
If the Power Launcher is installed in your PM90 but it does not work correctly, please update the OS to the latest version.
After then, Power Launcher is not shown anymore.
