You have a problem with your device or you want to reset your device, you may use factory reset.

How to Factory Reset PM550 / PM560


  • If you can turn on the device and use the Settings app,

Navigate to

  • PM550: Settings > Backup & reset
  • PM560: Settings > System > Advanced > Reset options

Tap

  • PM550: Factory data reset
  • PM560: Erase all data (factory reset)

Please be aware that factory reset will erase all data. Tap RESET PHONE / Erase all data to start the factory reset.

Tap ERASE EVERYTHING / Erase all data to confirm the factory reset.

  • If you cannot turn on the device,

Press and hold the following buttons simultaneously when turning on the device.

PM550 & PM560 Numeric KeypadPM560 Alpha-Numeric Keypad
Power + App switch + Back buttonsPower + Back + Tap buttons

After short vibration, release the buttons. Now your device is entered Android Recovery mode

Select 'Wipe data/factory reset'

  • Move down - any key except Enter key and Power button
  • Select the menu -  Enter key or Power button

After wiping the data, select 'Reboot system now'
