Troubleshooting Steps

CauseSolution
1Extreme charging temperature

Keep device in normal temperature

Check if the LED blinks in red when you connect charger to the device, it indicates the charging temperature is out of normal.

Charge the device in its charging temperature (usually 0 ~ 45℃).

2Smart Charging mode

Change Smart Charging mode

The Life-X mode of Smart Charging feature is for prolonging the battery lifetime by stopping charging around a specific voltage.

If you want to charge the device to 100%, change the Smart Charging mode from EmKit > EmSettings > Smart Charging.

3Used unapproved charger

Change to approved charger

An unapproved charger may cause damage to the device.
Replace the charger to approved one (enveloped in the standard package) and try to charge again.

4Battery is end-of-life

Replace the battery

(Android 9 and above) Check the battery age from EmKit > EmHealthReport.
