Android 8.0 supports the Arabic language. You can change the system's display language in the Settings application.

You can apply this article to add other languages.


APPLIES TO

Devices with Android 8.0 and above


Add a Language

  1. Navigate to Settings > System > Languages & input > Languages

  2. Tap '+ Add a language'
  3. Select 'العربية' (or language that you want to add)

4. Select region


After you add the language that you want, the display language is still the previous one.

To change display language immediately, in Language preferences, tap and hold the language line's icon() and drag it to the top of the list.
