ISSUE
Android device cannot connect to the 3G/4G network in spite of inserting SIM card.
RESOLUTION
You should check your SIM card first. Insert the SIM card into other android devices and test whether devices can connect to the 3G/4G network or not.
If other devices can connect to the network, follow these steps with your Point Mobile device to check and update APN settings.
Note the APN information in the Android device you tested
Navigate to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile network in Point Mobile device
Tap Advanced to view more detail setting menus and select Access Point Names
Tap + icon to add new APN information
Input the APN information that is set to the device which you tested and try to connect to the network
