ISSUE

Device does not turn on by pressing the power button. 

RESOLUTION

First, try holding down POWER button for 12 seconds. This usually reboots the device.

  1. First of all, check if battery is fully discharged. To check this, plug AC/DC power source or place device to cradle. If power source apply properly,
