Issue on Google Play services
Solution:

Update Google Play Services version

There are reports that Google Play Services version 22.44.15~16 is causing devices to reboot into recovery mode.
Update Google Play Services to most recent version.


How to Update?

Before Start: In order to boot the device normally, perform a factory reset.

Go to Settings > Apps & notifications.

Tap See all apps. And then, search and select Google Play services.
