RESOLUTION

First, try holding down POWER button for 12 seconds. This usually restarts the device. Despite trying this, the device still does not turn on, please follow these steps below.

To check if the battery is fully discharged, connect device to AC/DC power source or cradle. If Charge LED indicator flash red or green, it's an indication that the power source is properly applied and device is in charge mode. Charge the battery some while, try to turn on the device by pressing POWER button.

Charge device

Check if the LED blinks five times in red when you tried to turn on the device, it indicates the battery is too low to turn on the device. 

Charge the device using a power adapter or charging cradle first.

2Battery is not installed properly

Reinstall the battery

Remove and install the battery again referring to the user manual.

3Device freezes temporarily

Reset Power

To reset the device power, perform one of the following ways.

A. Press and hold the power button for 12 seconds.

B. Press Reset hole (Only for PM70, PM80, PM66, PM85, PM90, PM75)
    Refer to Device Reset Hole.

When the device vibrates, release the button. The device will boot automatically.

4System issue

Perform factory reset

Find the right model from the How to Factory Reset, and perform a factory reset.

If Charge LED indicator does not flash at all, remove the battery and press RESET button to clear all flash memory. After pressing RESET button, plug power source and check device cloud boot up.
