Check if the LED blinks five times in red when you tried to turn on the device, it |
indicates the battery is too low to turn on the device. Charge the device using a power adapter or charging cradle |
Solution: Reset Power
If no LED blinks and the device still does not respond, the system might be in a freezing statefirst. | ||
2 | Battery is not installed properly | Reinstall the battery Remove and install the battery again referring to the user manual. |
3 | Device freezes temporarily | Reset Power To reset the device power, perform one of the following ways. A. Press and hold the power button for 12 seconds. B. Press Reset |

Solution: Change battery to a new one
If the device can be turned on after battery replacement, the battery may have a problem with the connector or others.
Solution: Request repair
If you cannot boot your device even though you tried the above solutions, there might be a problem with hardware (battery connector, etc.).
In this case, request the repair to Point Mobile repair centerWhen the device vibrates, release the button. The device will boot automatically. | ||
