Troubleshooting Steps


CauseSolution
1Low battery

Charge device

Check if the LED blinks five times in red when you tried to turn on the device, it indicates

Try the following solutions in order. If you cannot boot your device, move on to the next solution.

Cause 1. Not enough batteryIf the device does not respond at all or the Power LED blinks five times, it may indicate

the battery is too low to turn on the device. 

Charge the device using a power adapter or charging cradle

for a while, and try again.
Cause 2. Freeze System

2Battery is not installed properly

Reinstall the battery

Remove and install the battery again referring to the user manual.

3Device freezes temporarily

Reset Power

To reset the device power, perform one of the following ways

If no LED blinks and the device still does not respond, the system might be in a freezing state

.

A. Press and hold the power button for 12 seconds.

B. Press Reset

    Refer to Device Reset Hole.

Cause 3. Battery issue

Try to change the battery to a new one, and try again.

If the device can be turned on after battery replacement, the battery may have a problem with the connector or others.

Cause 4. Hardware issue

If you cannot boot your device even though you tried the above solutions, there might be a problem with hardware (battery connector, etc.).

When the device vibrates, release the button. The device will boot automatically.

4System issue

Perform factory reset

Find the right model from the How to Factory Reset, and perform a factory reset.

5Repair or analysis requiredContact local reseller

If you cannot solve the problem with the above steps, contact your local reseller to proceed repair or analyze the issue
