Troubleshooting Steps
If you cannot turn on the reader even though you pressed the power button, check the LED indicator when you try to turn on the device.

Charge the reader If the LED doesn't light, it indicates the battery is too low to turn on the reader. Charge it using the power adapter or charging cradle first. |
