RESOLUTION
Follow the steps until your device can turn on
A. Press and hold the Power button for 12 seconds
- It usually restarts the device
B. Charge your device
- Connect your device to an AC/DC power source or cradle for charging it
- If charge LED indicator flash red, the device is in charging mode
- Charge the device for a while and try to turn on it

Use an original charger from the Point Mobile. Other chargers may damage the device. Also, make sure the charger is not wet. |
C. Press the Reset Hole & Try to turn on without battery
- Open the battery cover and remove the battery
- Referring to the article(Click button below), find the reset button and press it to clear all flash memory

- Plug the AC/DC power source to your device and try to turn on without battery

If you can turn on your device in step C, plug the other battery which works properly and try to boot the device a. Can turn on with the new battery - the previous battery might have a problem. Check Serial Number of it and request the replacement. b. Still Cannot turn on the device - the battery connector of the device might have a problem. Request the repair |
Try the following solutions in order. If you cannot boot your device, move on to the next solution.
Cause 1. Not enough battery |

If the device does not respond at all or the Power LED blinks five times, it may indicate the battery is too low to turn on the device.
Charge the device using power adapter or charging cradle for a while, and try again.
Cause 2. Freeze System |

If no LED blinks and the device still does not respond, the system might be in a freezing state.
A. Press and hold the power button for 12 seconds.
B. Press Reset hole (Only for PM70, PM80, PM66, PM85, PM90)
Refer to Device Reset Hole.
Cause 3. Battery issue |
---|
Try to change the battery to a new one, and try again.
If the device can be turned on after battery replacement, the battery may have a problem with the connector or others.
Cause 4. Hardware issue |
