Add a Language

1. Navigate to Settings Navigate to Settings > System > Languages & input > Languages.

2. Tap '+ Add a language'.
3. Select 'العربية' (or a language that you want to add).

Change System Language

After you add the language that you want, the display language is still the previous one.

To change display language immediately, in Language preferences, tap and hold the language line's icon() and drag it to the top of the list.
