- First of all, check if
battery is fully discharged
. To check this, plug , connect device to AC/DC power source or
place device to cradle. If Charge LED indicator flash red or green, it's an indication that the power source
apply properly, is properly applied and device is in charge mode. Charge the battery some while, try to turn on the device by pressing POWER button.

Use an original charger from the Point Mobile. Other chargers may damage the device. Also, make sure the charger is not wet.
If Charge LED indicator does not flash at all, remove the battery and press RESET button to clear all flash memory. After pressing RESET button, plug power source and check device cloud boot up.
Then, insert the battery and go to Settings > Battery to check battery status.
