Troubleshooting Steps

When the device does not emit the aimer even if you press the scan button, check the following steps.

Solution:

Turn on aimer

Navigate to ScanSettings > Options, and check if the Enable aimer switch is turned on.

Reset Scanner Settings

Navigate to ScanSettings > About, and perform Factory reset. After reset, check if the aimer is emitted properly.

If the above steps cannot solve the problem, it may be an issue with the scanner module.

Request a module replacement to Point Mobile.
