Cause

Solution:

Check if the LED blinks five times in red when you tried to turn on the device, it

Reset Power

To reset the device power, perform one of the following ways.

A. Press and hold the power button for 12 seconds.

B. Press Reset hole (Only for PM70, PM80, PM66, PM85, PM90, PM75)
    Refer to Device Reset Hole.

Cause 3. Battery issue

Solution: Change battery to a new one

If the device can be turned on after battery replacement, the battery may have a problem with the connector or others.

When the device vibrates, release the button. The device will boot automatically.


System issue

Perform factory reset

Find the right model from the How to Factory Reset, and perform a factory reset.


Repair or analysis required
Request repair

If you cannot

boot your device even though you tried the above solutions, there might be a problem with hardware (battery connector, etc.).In this case, request the repair to Point Mobile repair center
