Check if the LED blinks five times in red when you tried to turn on the device, it |
indicates the battery is too low to turn on the device. Charge the device using a power adapter or charging cradle |
Solution: Reset Power

| Device freezes temporarily | Reset Power To reset the device power, perform one of the following ways. A. Press and hold the power button for 12 seconds. B. Press Reset hole (Only for PM70, PM80, PM66, PM85, PM90, PM75) |
Solution: Change battery to a new one
If the device can be turned on after battery replacement, the battery may have a problem with the connector or others.
When the device vibrates, release the button. The device will boot automatically. | ||
