Troubleshooting Steps

1USB Debugging disabled

Enable the USB Debugging

The TR54 device is not recognized by a PC unless USB Debugging mode is enabled..

  1. Refer to the Set USB Debugging Mode guide and enable USB Debugging.
  2. Connect the USB cable to the USB connector on the TR54, then connect it to the PC.
    You must use the USB connector located on the bottom side of the tablet.
  3. Swipe down from the top of the screen of TR54 to open the Notification Panel
  4. Tap the USB connection notification
  5. Under Use USB for, select File Transfer.
