Troubleshooting Steps

Low volume

Increase sound volume

At low volume, you might not hear the sound clearly. 
Increase the volume from Settings > Sound or terminal control menu.

To adjust the terminal sound Navigation bar,

  1. Tap to open the volume bar at the right side of the screen.
  2. Drag the volume bar to adjust volume or mute value with the following.
    • Move up / down: Increase/decrease the value
    • Done: Select

Interference by attachments

Remove attachments around the speaker

Remove any objects or attachments near the speaker. Ensure that the speaker is not covered or blocked by any attachments.

Monitor is not connected properly

Reconnect the Monitor

Check if the monitor is connected properly using a USB cable. Unplug the cable and reconnect it properly.

Temporary system issue

Reboot the terminal 

Press and hold the power button of the terminal until the power menu is shown, and tap Restart to reboot the terminal.

If you cannot solve the problem with above steps, contact your local reseller to proceed repair or analyze the issue.
