Troubleshooting Steps
| Cause | Solution | |

| 1 | Power adapter is not connected properly | Connect the power adapter Check if the power adapter and cable are properly connected to the terminal. Connect them to the terminal power receptacle properly. |
| 2 | Adapter or cable issue | Replace the power adapter or cable Replace the power adapter or cable to another one. If the terminal turns on with the new one, the previous adapter or cable may have a problem. |
| 3 | Terminal freezes temporarily | Reset power Press and hold the power button at the rear lower right side of the tablet for about 5 seconds. |
| 4 | Repair or analysis required | Contact local reseller If you cannot solve the problem with above steps, contact your local reseller to proceed repair or analyze the issue. |
