Troubleshooting Steps

Monitor is not connected properly

Reconnect the Monitor

Check if the monitor is connected to terminal properly using a USB cable. Unplug the cable and reconnect it properly.

Temporary monitor issue

Reboot the terminal

Press and hold the power button at the rear lower right side of the terminal for 5 seconds to turn off. And then, turn it on again.

Cable issue

Replace the cable

Replace the cable connecting the monitor with a different one.

If the replaced cable can display the monitor normally, the previous cable may have a problem.

Temporary system issue

Perform factory reset

Referring to Factory Data Reset, perform a factory reset.

Repair or analysis required

Contact local reseller

If you cannot solve the problem with above steps, contact your local reseller to proceed repair or analyze the issue.
