Troubleshooting Steps
| Cause | Solution | |

| 1 | Monitor is not connected properly | Reconnect the Monitor Check if the monitor is connected to terminal properly using a USB cable. Unplug the cable and reconnect it properly. |
| 2 | Temporary monitor issue | Reboot the terminal Press and hold the power button at the rear lower right side of the terminal for 5 seconds to turn off. And then, turn it on again. |
| 3 | Cable issue | Replace the cable Replace the cable connecting the monitor with a different one. If the replaced cable can display the monitor normally, the previous cable may have a problem. |
| 4 | Temporary system issue | Perform factory reset Referring to Factory Data Reset, perform a factory reset. |
| 5 | Repair or analysis required | Contact local reseller If you cannot solve the problem with above steps, contact your local reseller to proceed repair or analyze the issue. |
