Troubleshooting Steps

1Low volume

Increase sound volume

At low volume, you might not hear the sound clearly.

Increase the volume using volume button on the right side of the device (or in the Settings).

2Interference by attachments

Remove attachments around the speaker

If some attachments are around the speaker, the sound may be emitted with noise.

Detach the attachments and check again.

3Turned on Do Not Disturb

Turn off Do Not Disturb (DND)

While the Do Not Disturb (DND) feature is on, only the notification by important people or apps can be get. If you don't want to use this feature, turn it off with the following steps.

  1. Go to Settings Sound.
  2. Select Do Not Disturb.
  3. Tap TURN OFF NOW to turn it off.
4Temporary system issue

Reboot the device

Press and hold the power  button, and tap Power > Restart to reboot the device.

5Repair or analysis required

Contact local reseller

If you cannot solve the problem with above steps, contact your local reseller to proceed repair or analyze the issue.
