Troubleshooting Steps
| Cause | Solution | |

| 1 | Low volume | Increase sound volume At low volume, you might not hear the sound clearly. Increase the volume using volume button on the top of the tablet. |
| 2 | Disabled charging sounds | Enable charging sounds To notify that the charger is connected, turn on the Charging sounds setting. 1) Go to Settings > Sound. 2) Turn on the Charging sounds switch. |
| 3 | The charger is not connected properly | Reconnect the charger If the connection between the tablet and charger is not proper, the tablet may not be charged. Reconnect the charger to the tablet’s USB-C connector properly. |
