Troubleshooting Steps

Monitor is not connected properly

Reconnect the Monitor

Check if the monitor is connected properly using a USB. Unplug the cable and reconnect it properly.

Temporary monitor issue

Reboot the Terminal

Press and hold the power button at the rear lower right side of the terminal for 5 seconds to turn off. And then, turn it on again.

Turned on color correction

Turn off Color correction

Color correction allows you to adjust how colors are displayed on the screen. If you don’t want to use this feature, turn it off with the following steps.

1)   Go to Settings > Accessibility > Color and motion.

2)   Select Color correction.

3)   Turn off the Use color correction switch.

Turned on Dark theme

Turn off Dark theme

Dark theme uses a black background. If you don’t want to use this feature, turn it off with the following steps.

1)   Go to Settings > Display.

2)   Turn off the Dark theme switch.

Cable issue

Replace the cable

Replace the cable connecting the monitor with a different one.

If the replaced cable can display the monitor normally, the previous cable may have a problem.

Contact local reseller

If you cannot solve the problem with above steps, contact your local reseller to proceed repair or analyze the issue.
