Troubleshooting Steps

Change to correct mode

According to what do you want to take, change to the correct mode.

  • Photo: Camera mode
  • Video: Video mode

To change the mode,

  1. Launch Camera app.
  2. Swipe right the screen.
  3. Tap the correct mode.
2Interference by a dirt on the camera lens

Clean the camera lens

Clean the camera lens using a soft towel.

3Temporary system issue

Reboot the device

Press and hold the power button, and tap Power > Restart to reboot the device.

4Repair or analysis required
