Cannot Disable USPS-4CB by design

USPS-4CB is a barcode format that is used to United States Postal Service.

The appearance of USPC-4CB is clearly distinguished from EAN13 or CODE128, which are mainly used.

The USPS-4CB symbology is enabled by default and cannot be disabled manually.

It does not affect scan performance that enabling the symbology or not, so just ignore the symbology setting and use the scanner as usual.
