Troubleshooting Steps

| 1 | Not supported feature | Use other RDP applications. In MS RDP(Microsoft Remote Desktop Protocol), client name is fixed as (Device name + Device OS version) and this cannot be changed. So if you want to change client name for whatever reasons, you should use other RDP applications. For example, you can use ParallelsClient to change the client name.
